Scheibel News

Scheibel Construction was awarded the ES-28, Dulles South, elementary school for Loudoun County Public Schools.  The elementary school will be built to LEED standards and is over $28 million.  The school is scheduled to open the Summer of 2018.  This new elementary school will be named Goshen Post Elementary.  This new 105,757 square foot protypical two-story elementary school will house 928 students grades kindergarten through fifth.  The elementary school will include classrooms, a media center, cafeteria, multipurpose room, and two unlighted physical education fields.  This elementary school is located adjacent to John Champe High School which Scheibel built in 2012.
