As fourth-generation member of the family company, Robert started working in the field as a laborer during high school and moved up to Assistant Superintendent. Today Robert is in the office, where his responsibilities include managing contracts and subcontract agreements, managing job costs, managing site superintendents, and addressing field issues. Robert earned a B.S. in Building Science from Appalachian State University. He has been with Scheibel Construction full time for more than ten years.
