Open Positions
Superintendent – Virginia Projects
Seeking a dedicated and motivated team player with 5 + years of superintendent experience within the construction industry for project locations in all of Maryland, DC and in Virginia locations north of Richmond. Previous experience with a General Contractor/Construction Management firm is required.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Oversee all day-to-day on-site project operations supervising commercial projects including reading and interpreting construction documents, constructability reviews, completion of daily logs, quality control, material scheduling, jobsite safety, coordination of work and scheduling with subcontractors, owners and architects.
- Work with the Owner, Project Team throughout the project
- OSHA 30 Hour Certification
The ideal candidate will have a 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within the construction industry. Benefits include health insurance, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, 401k plan with employer match, and paid time off. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Administrative Assistant Operations
Seeking a dedicated and motived team player with 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant to support operations. Previous experience with a General Contractor/Commercial Construction Management firm is preferred. Associates/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field is required.
This position reports to our Director of Operations and primary responsibilities include:
- Administrative support to Project Management processing contract documents, submittals, RFI’s, O&M Manuals, and other project documentation.
- Backup administrative support to Estimating processing bid submission papers and prequalification submissions before hard deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant within the construction industry with an understanding of contract documents. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
