Scheibel Construction wins Associated Builders and Contractors Chesapeake Shores Excellence Award 2021 for The Donnie Williams Center at St. Mary’s Ryken High School

 Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Chesapeake Shores chapter honored Scheibel Construction at its annual Excellence in Construction & Safety Awards on September 16th at The Hotel at Arundel Preserve in Hanover, MD.  Scheibel Construction received the 2021 Excellence in Construction award in the Institutional/$10 to $25 Million category for The Donnie Williams Center at St. Mary’s Ryken High School project in Leonardtown, MD.  ABC’s Excellence in Construction awards recognize and celebrate outstanding projects built by ABC Chesapeake Shores’ members.  Dr. Rick Wood, President of St. Mary’s Ryken High School, Athletic Director Jon Lombardo, and Senior Project Manager Adam Mudd of the project team from Scheibel Construction attended to accept the award.

Scheibel Construction is a fourth-generation family-owned business headquartered in Huntingtown, MD.  We specialize in construction management, general contracting, and design build in the areas of education, government, and commercial construction. Founded in 1946 by John A. Scheibel, we started by building gas stations. From then until today, we have grown to be the premier builder in the region.
