Preconstruction and construction services for a 2-story higher education facility programmed for Health Science Professionals. All site development for the continued campus expansion to support the new building is included. The new high tech institute hosts health science laboratories, simulation laboratories, classrooms, meeting rooms, administrative spaces, and support areas.
