Williard Maintenance Facility

The Willard Road Maintenance Facility is a 69,500-square-foot complex designed to support operational and maintenance needs. The facility includes administrative offiices, vehicle maintenance bays for both heavy- and light-duty equipment, a fleet wash area, tire and welding shops, water meter service areas, and a large warehouse with storage. The site also includes a fuel island and covered outdoor storage. This facility consolidates multiple functions into one efficient, centrally located space, helping Fairfax Water maintain its fleet, manage parts and equipment, and provide technical and administrative support to its field operations.
