Scheibel Construction is proud to announce the award of the Chopticon High School Multi-Systemic Renovation project for St. Mary’s County Public Schools. This multi-year, phased renovation will take place within an occupied two-story high school, requiring careful coordination to minimize disruption while delivering significant facility improvements.
The project is part of the school system’s ongoing commitment to modernizing educational facilities and enhancing the learning environment for students, faculty, and staff. Planned upgrades include a full roof replacement, systemic HVAC replacement, electrical upgrades, new lighting installations, new ceiling systems, fire alarm replacements, interior finish improvements, and exterior envelope enhancements.
