Contract Award: Willard Maintenance Facility

Scheibel Construction was awarded the contract for the Willard Maintenance Facility for Fairfax Water Authority.  The new facility is located off of Willard Road in Chantilly.  The Willard facility will serve the norther part of Fairfax County including Herndon, Reston, Chantilly, and Centreville.  The building includes a fueling station, vehicle wash, vehicle and materials storage, warehouse, meter shop, administrative spaces, and fleet maintenance areas. Scheibel is currently building the Central Maintenace Facility also for Fairfax Water Authority.
