Fishing Creek Townhomes

Fishing Creek is a 8 unit rehab rental project in Chesapeake Beach, MD. The entire community consists of 80 units. The two new buildings replace the existing units which were destroyed in a fire in 2019. The scope of work included the demolition of the existing structures, removal and replacement of existing site utilities and construction of the new units. This work was completed adjacent to existing occupied units.
Fishing Creek was negotiated with the Southern Maryland Tri-County Council, a private non profit specializing in affordable housing. This is the third project that Scheibel has completed for the Southern Maryland Tri-County Council.
