About The Project

This project included a historical exterior and interior renovation of one of the oldest buildings on St. John’s College Campus. This was a Design Build project. Coordination was done with the Maryland Historical Trust Society. The scope of work included a full interior renovation and the replacement of mechanical and electrical systems. Scheibel used its own forces to refinish the existing wood stairs and installed custom carpentry on the first floor.
