The Arts and Science Building was a three-story masonry and structural steel building on an existing campus. The project was constructed while the 1,000 student school, which includes grades kindergarten thru 12th, remained open without any disruption. The project consisted of extensive site work which included new ball fields, parking lots, roads, and new septic system. The building included offices, science labs, new theater, and storage facilities. Scheibel Construction served as the Construction Manager.
